Your recordings

Bump Echo keeps recordings, titles, notes and Soundbook details in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. We cannot remotely retrieve a recording from your device. Keep independent copies of memories you cannot afford to lose.

If microphone access is unavailable, open iOS Settings, find Bump Echo and confirm that microphone permission is enabled. You can share an individual recording using the iOS share sheet.

Restore a purchase

Use Restore Purchases in Bump Echo with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring an entitlement does not restore recordings or notes. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Buying lifetime access does not cancel an older subscription. Manage an existing subscription separately in your Apple Account settings.

Pregnancy and medical questions

Bump Echo records ordinary microphone audio. It does not identify a fetal heartbeat, measure fetal heart rate, monitor fetal movement, diagnose a condition or assess pregnancy or fetal wellbeing.

Bump Echo support cannot provide medical advice or emergency help. If you have concerns about pregnancy, pain, bleeding, reduced movement or your baby’s wellbeing, contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency service.

Privacy questions

Bump Echo does not upload your recordings, titles, notes, names or pregnancy details to a developer-operated server. Read the Bump Echo Privacy Policy for details about local storage, analytics, diagnostics and purchase services.
