No. Bump Echo records ordinary microphone audio for personal memories. It does not identify a fetal heartbeat, measure heart rate or assess pregnancy or fetal wellbeing.
Where are my recordings stored?+
Recordings, titles, notes and pregnancy details are stored in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your settings.
Can I share a recording with my family?+
Yes. Nothing is shared automatically. You choose an individual recording and recipient through the iOS share sheet.
Do I need to make an account?+
No. Bump Echo does not require a user account or keep a developer-hosted recording library.
Is Bump Echo a subscription?+
Bump Echo Lifetime is the purchase offered to new customers. It is a one-time in-app purchase with no recurring charge or renewal. Existing subscriptions continue under their original terms.
