People before search engines
Each guide must answer a real question, make its assumptions visible and help the reader decide what to do next. Search demand can identify a topic; it does not decide the answer.
Primary sources first
We prioritize public-health bodies, peer-reviewed research, consensus statements and original documentation. Important claims link directly to their sources.
Honest review labels
Content is researched and checked by the Kestora Labs editorial team. We do not describe a guide as medically reviewed unless a qualified medical or dietetic professional has reviewed it.
Clear scope and limitations
The guides are general education for adults, not diagnosis, treatment or an individualized meal prescription. Safety notes identify situations that require professional guidance.
How guides are updated
We review a guide when its sources change, when product behavior changes, when readers identify ambiguity, or when new evidence materially affects the recommendation. The visible update date and structured data are changed only after a meaningful content review.
Corrections and questions
If a claim appears inaccurate, a source no longer supports it, or a safety distinction is unclear, email degeestkenneth@gmail.com. Include the guide URL and the passage in question so it can be checked directly.
